This week I am joined by Adam Goff from Property Entrepreneur - and what a wealth of knowledge this guy has after 20+ years in the business world, especially in property!

We dive into Adam's journey of building Property Entrepreneur into one of the UK's leading business training companies. What I found really interesting is how he approaches the financial side of his business - something I'm obviously passionate about.

Adam shared how his financial management has evolved over the years. He started like many of us do - handling finances in-house with basic systems. But what transformed his business was embracing proper financial forecasting and modeling. He admitted that getting clear on his numbers was a game-changer that allowed him to make much better strategic decisions.

We had a great discussion about the shift to using outsourced financial specialists. Adam explained how this move gave him not just better financial clarity but also freed him up to focus on growing the business rather than getting bogged down in day-to-day financial admin.

Adam broke down how he structures his training programs to help entrepreneurs at every stage - from complete beginners to established business owners looking to scale or exit.
