Can you use my existing accounting team?
Our only objective is to ensure that you have the best solution set up in your business in the long term. When designing your solution we will review your current team set up and should you wish to incorporate them we will endeavor to do so. We will however never recommend any setup which does not optimise your accounting function for you.
How much does it cost?
We will need to review your portfolio of businesses and agree a project scope with you on an individual basis before we can give you an indication on price. Please book a call and we can send you a fee proposal once reviewed. We can guarantee however that investing in FAST TRACK FINANCIALS will provide you at least 10 times the value in your business.
How much of my time will this take?
You will likely need to put aside 3-5 hours for the entire project. The majority of this work is done upfront, then smaller chunks are required when the project starts.
How much will my new team cost?
The cost varies based on your business, but for a smaller company with fewer accounting transactions, the monthly cost will likely be from £50 - £200 PCM. Larger trading companies vary in complexity and we are normally able to provide an accurate fee proposal during the project. Please note you are not obligated to use our team, we would just highly recommend you do.
What is the actual output of this work?
Once FAST TRACK FINANCIALS is complete you will have a clean set of accounts set up on a cloud-based accounting system. We then recommend you have monthly financial reviews with your finance team whereby they present the previous month’s account to you. This will allow you to stay on top of your finances and ensure you never lose control again.
Which accountancy system will you use?
Our preferred system is Xero but we are flexible. Our priority is to ensure that we provide the best solution for you and your business.
Will you clear up my back log?
Yes, we will clear up the backlog, however if this is substantial there may be extra costs associated.
